It is my pleasure to recommend John R. Frank, CFRE as a development, management, and leadership consultant.

John has served the Kokomo Rescue Mission as consultant since January 1994. He first conducted a capital campaign feasibility study for us in January, February, and March 1994. The thoroughness of the study and the thoughtfulness of the recommendations were excellent.

Following the report from the feasibility study, we retained John as our campaign counsel beginning April 1994, and continuing through March 1996. John's philosophy of development as a ministry pervades all his work, and lends great strength and credibility to his consulting. John's personal style of becoming a team member with the staff has made it a great pleasure to work with him.

In order to succeed in a capital campaign, KRM needed to strengthen development efforts, staff organization needed to be revised, managers needed to enhance their skills, and the board needed leadership training.
