Nonprofit leadership is a demanding
exercise in these times of rapid change,
tremendous opportunity, mounting
uncertainty, and growing need in our
communities. As organizations called to
advance the Kingdom of God, our tasks of
leadership, management, accountability and
stewardship are great.
John Frank has been gifted by God in many
areas. His passion, wisdom, insight, and
counsel have served our ministry in a
tremendous way over the past 3 years.
Following the completion of a feasibility
study, we embarked on a $2.3 million
capital campaign. This led to a merger
with another ministry 6 months later, and
an upward revision to a $4.9 million
campaign. We are on target for the
successful completion of this campaign in
2003.
As the size and scope of our campaign
grew, John very capably steered us through
a myriad of changes, while keeping us
focused on the target. More important,
John has been instrumental in helping us
develop an enhanced vision for future
ministry, and enabled us to plan and think
strategically as an organization.
John's desire is to follow Jesus Christ
and to impact the Kingdom of God for
good. I wholeheartedly recommend your
consideration of John Frank for counsel in
development, management and leadership.
