| It's been an honor to
write this letter of reference for John R.
Frank. I've known John for over 10 years now
and have utilized his expertise for the past
four years here in New Castle, PA.
Not only is John skilled
in development, but he has the spiritual
gift of wisdom as well. Therefore I've found
it of great value to draw from his knowledge
as well as his wisdom during the mission's
many transitional adjustments of different
management style, (of me and my father),
staffing giftedness and placement (as staff
adjusted to a different management style)
and, of course, a strategy in development.
John's expertise in
development goes far beyond technical.
Anyone can do the technical part. He
genuinely believes in the biblical teaching
of stewardship and sees development as a
ministry. His heart for rescue ministry is
the same mine, therefore he dovetails well
into what I believe God wants for rescue
today. He's affordable, available, an expert
in troubleshooting any issue, relational and
disciplined in his work.
I believe utilizing John
R. Frank Consulting has been the best
stewardship step we've taken at the City
Rescue Mission. I would refer him to any
other ministry on the cutting edge of
knowing, loving and following Him as He
